Hey Folks yes I am Still Alive However it is fast approaching Christmas. has anyone who has been following my Blogs for a while now know that I am also a DJ and the Christmas is my busiest time of year.
I am busy all year round however Christmas is busy due to the fact that we have Still have Birthdays and weddings but on top of that Xmas parties and the big one NEW YEARS EVE.

I am Back
Hey guys I am back wondering where I have been well has I have said in previous blogs my old laptop drank a cup of coffee. We are now up and running with a new and in my opinion better laptop. so I have become a little behind on my network marketing business.
but I believe on your way to success you will have set backs so been catching up on some reading doing some DJ work to get myself back on an straight and narrow.and slowly but surly getting there there.
Now in business you have to make sacrifices but there is one thing I will never sacrifice and that is my family. so getting my household income back on track is paramount to me even though I may have lost money by doing that.
I have always said this is not a get rich quick thing I am in this for the long haul and for me to achieve that I need to have my house in order too so priorities is a must. so that is where I am at this moment in time.
some people have complained to me that I have not kept up to my word unnecessary pressure is not what I signed up for. Hurdles hits us all and I have just hit an hurdle that I can see the light at tunnel I just don't know how faraway that light is at the moment.
any way I did watch a programme recently a 2 parter that I really enjoyed that was Darren Browns apocalypse not I have not seen much of Darren Browns stuff but For some strange reason I really enjoyed this.
but what really got my goat is people on the Internet saying it was fake. and I was sat reading a few comments. thinking how sad are these people to take time out of there day to say that a TV programme is fake . I really don't understand people who bitch over something been fake but they watched both episodes and can tell you what happened and probably tune in next Friday and watch Darren Browns next programme that channel 4 is airing. Now I know that opinions are like arseholes everyone has got one but really people Dallas holly oaks eastenders and corrie ain't real either it is called entertainment. I always got told people doubt what they don't understand, so if you are one of those doubters reading this here is today's question for you.
Are you going to do the research and see if you can understand it?
This concept is the same with many other subjects Ghost's Aliens MLM people doubt it because they don't understand it or have never experienced it.
People want things to just Fall into there laps people want things to slap them in there face and some people say if they can do it so can I. set them self a goal and go for it Which one are you?

what a week I have had
Wow last Monday I posted that I would resume my blogs on Wednesday. On Tuesday my computer decided to drink some coffee. Yes my almost 2 year old son knock my freshly brewed coffee over onto my laptop. So I have been inactive for almost a week and it was like someone had chopped of an arm.
Then Friday Oscar our newest member of the family jumped up at Caitlin knocking Lou's phone out of her hand cracking the screen. More expense I have bills to pay also and also two gigs coming up this week end that are play now pay later gigs so that will cost me to get their and back that I have to dish out of my own pocket for 28 days.
So that is where I have been my head is a shed at the moment so trying to keep everyone happy with limited money. so if your thinking about joining Stiforp that will really help if you do that today lol bite the bullet and join the team we will not let you down If I can get 5 people to sign up to stiforp I will be able to get by till next payday.
I don't normally beg but hey needs must.

The best time of the day
I have had a couple of questions today that I am going to cover here and a couple of Statements over the last week or so that I think needs addressing. The most important thing i am going to address is I am no guru and I hate people who think it is my way or the high way. I will quite happily give my thoughts and opinions and i will tell you what is working for me at this time in my journey to financial freedom. but I will make mistakes ( not that i will admit to them) LOL!!
so here goes
1, What is My best time of day?
Random I know but I thought it was an interesting question because I believe people sometimes try to do so much at one time. Don't get me wrong I don't have a set time of the day when I do all my network marketing stuff But my best part of the day is when The Kids are in bed and when Lou goes to bed and i have no distractions. that is the best time for me to do work stuff. (just in case people thought I hate it when my fiance and kids are about)
2, The best way to prospect on the Internet?
The truth is I have not found it yet and I don't think anyone can answer that question 100% correct. Why? The Internet changes so quick it is still a child if you think about it the net is only what still a teenager. there was a resent survey done in the UK that 9 million people of the 63 million I think (without looking it up) have never been on the Internet. I am learning new things every day. recently people have been debating through my friends which should I go for iphone 5 or the new galaxy phone. and I watched this convo for a good couple of days and just when I saw that people was making up there minds I just posted.
Two days you have been debating about this in those 2 days apple have been working on iphone 6 that is going to be bigger and better that number 5 and Samsung been working on there next Galaxy.
Point being don't stress about it too much you will be out of date in a couple of months. and that is exactly the same with the Internet. it is moving too fast to be too concerned about it. Just try and keep up. if you can get ahead of the game. You will be in a better position if you can guess what is going to happen next and prepare yourself for that.
There is an Discussion I have had with a gentleman on linkedin this week (Gentleman is being polite he was actually the rudest man I have ever had the displeasure of talking to) but he basically thought every Network marketing company was a scam and a pyramid and ISN was(Quote) taking advantage of the uninformed.
The only way MLM will ever dry up is if the human race stop reproducing everyday someone in the world turns 18 everyday a new member of the world is born. You see a pyramid is in every day of life. your child school is a pyramid government is a pyramid even your family is a pyramid. it is just the nature of a beast it is just like someone saying I don't believe in things I don't see but quite happily they breath everyday oxygen everyday. so when I told him to write his business on a bit of paper and see what shape it made he said 1 line. In my eyes that one line means he is either in business but not making any money at all because he is buying things from himself selling it at the price he bought it to himself that is the only way way any kind of business can be one straight line.
Yes i would be an idiot to think there is rogue companies don't exist the do and that is why you need need to be on the ball and do your research when looking at a new company and be able to pick out the genuine warnings to the people who think if it sounds too good to be true it is.
Let me explain that last sentence in closing. If it sounds too good to be true it is The 2, soon to be three best times of my life was when my children was born when I saw them for the first time after nine months of talking to Lou's belly there was actually a human being looking at me. A human being that I am responsible for that little person in my arms now loves me. they don't care whether I spend the day in my PJ's they don't care whether I do network marketing they are not bothered about my bad habits my kids love me for me unconditionally because I am ME. I didn't have to put my best aftershave on dress up in my best clobber (Clothes for any non Yorkshire folk) Those kids love me because I am there Dad I was one of the first people they saw when they first saw the light of day. I can honestly say and I don't believe any parent in this world can say this is too good to be true so it probably is. It takes courage to be a parent Sadly some people don't see it through and quit it happens. However there are people who pick that baby up for the first time and never stop being a parent. and it is the same in business. Some people see an opportunity sign up for the first time and say this is too hard i quit, the bank manager has not called me asking me to lunch I quit. Then there are the people who join and say This is the journey i am going to make and I am not going to stop until my baby, My Business is stable enough for me to sit back and let the business go on its own even though I will be there when ever it needs me. but I can sit back on a beach drinking cocktails live my life and i am no longer here to wind to teach to fix I am not here to watch. If you think something is too good to be true ask your self this but what if it is what you see is what you get. Am I passing up an opportunity of a life time.

What people don't get!!!!
Over the last couple of Days I have been having a discussion with a man about MLM business'. he was very misinformed about MLM and I am guessing he is one of the 95% of people who have tried MLM but failed because he was looking for a get rich quick opportunity.
NEWS FLASH!!!!!
THEY DON'T EXIST!!!!!!
If you or any one of your prospects are wanting a get rich quick thing, make sure you make it clear to them that they are not going to become a multi-millionaire over night. That may sound bad for business but it is the truth. I have found just running round handing out business cards and flooding your social networking sites is going to do 2 things.
1, you will have a huge down line but that is all you will have they won't be building you will just have a list of stagnant names and email address'
2, Flooding your social networking sites is just going to loose you friends I logged in to my facebook this morning just 12 hours after the last time I signed in and I had 12 notifications. 8 of those notifications was from someone professing to be a MLM guru and each and every notification was the same post.
Did I go to him and say wow that is amazing show me how you do that. NO!!!! I unfriended him. why?because when I looked on my wall I had 8 posts saying the same thing and I had 1 post asking me about my business flooders drown out your prospects if you are going to post your opportunities on your social networking sites post it once a day max any more then that what that says to me is, I am desperate! and those are the opportunities I avoid. because if a self professed guru is having to post over and over again how is a person who has just started in mlm going to get prospects.
Looking at the bigger picture is always a plus in this profession think like this when your thinking about joining a business or promoting your business. can a average 8 year old understand it, is your business has simple has Fantaz or Stiforp sign up then you have a link www.launchz.com/join/taker316 changing taker316 to your user name or is it go to this site fill you name and email in here click this link join this here then click continue the join the business. K.I.S.S. (keep it simple stupid).
Watch what people are advertising When I joined empower network I didn't do this and when I went to share my PRL (personal Referral Link) every other share on facebook was for empower network. so I looked at it this way. I am not going to grab anyone's attention. I was watching an American TV show the other day and the people on it was going about there daily business but flying above them was an eagle. what got my attention was the eagle because you don't get them that often in the UK but over in the States the obviously see them more often so when one flies by they don't take much notice.
That is what I like about ISN &Fantaz Stiforp is getting a little popular now but the first 2 they are still pretty New so when I advertise them it gets peoples attention. when I share them on social networking sites people are like what is that?

I obviously not made my self clear enough
Due to the comments and e-mails I have been getting over the last couple of days . I have not made myself clear about what I do.
I have had several e-mails saying I am a jumper (a person who jumps from opportunity to opportunity).
first thing I would like to make clear is I am still involved in Stiforp and Fantaz Just cos at the moment I am promoting ISN more than the other two does not mean I signed up a load of people and now I have dumped them. I still give full support to all members in all my companies.
I am promoting ISN at the moment for two reasons I have just started with them so I need to build a team within that company. and secondly just like you see in a supermarket the products with the big offers jump to the front of the store.
My local super market has a tin of chocolates on offer at the moment (from £10 down to £4) where do you think that offer is? You guessed it you walk in to the super market and you are met with the wall of tins of chocolate. That does not mean that the super market has stopped selling bread cheese and milk.
If Fantaz put an offer on tomorrow of for one hour you will earn commission on free games I am going to promote that. Don't mean I am jumping from ship to ship.
I have also had people say to me that i am trying to scam people. My Goal at cgt income boost is to help people build a better future. and to build yourself a better future you have to take risks. Think before you open your mouth
Being Green
Checking out at the store, the young cashier suggested to the older woman, that she should bring her own grocery bags because plastic bags weren't good for the environment.
The woman apologized and explained, "We didn't have this green thing back in my earlier days."
The young clerk responded, "That's our problem today. Your generation did not care enough to save our environment f
or future generations."
She was right -- our generation didn't have the green thing in its day.
Back then, we returned milk bottles, soda bottles and beer bottles to the store. The store sent them back to the plant to be washed and sterilized and refilled, so it could use the same bottles over and over. So they really were truely recycled.
But we didn't have the green thing back in our day.
Grocery stores bagged our groceries in brown paper bags, that we reused for numerous things, most memorable besides household garbage bags, was the use of brown paper bags as book covers for our schoolbooks. This was to ensure that public property, (the books provided for our use by the school) was not defaced by our scribblings. Then we were able to personalize our books on the brown paper bags.
But too bad we didn't do the green thing back then.
We walked up stairs, because we didn't have an escalator in every store and office building. We walked to the grocery store and didn't climb into a 300-horsepower machine every time we had to go two blocks.
But she was right. We didn't have the green thing in our day.
Back then, we washed the baby's diapers because we didn't have the throwaway kind. We dried clothes on a line, not in an energy-gobbling machine burning up 220 volts -- wind and solar power really did dry our clothes back in our early days. Kids got hand-me-down clothes from their brothers or sisters, not always brand-new clothing.
But that young lady is right; we didn't have the green thing back in our day.
Back then, we had one TV, or radio, in the house -- not a TV in every room. And the TV had a small screen the size of a handkerchief (remember them?), not a screen the size of the state of Montana. In the kitchen, we blended and stirred by hand because we didn't have electric machines to do everything for us. When we packaged a fragile item to send in the mail, we used wadded up old newspapers to cushion it, not Styrofoam or plastic bubble wrap. Back then, we didn't fire up an engine and burn gasoline just to cut the lawn. We used a push mower that ran on human power. We exercised by working so we didn't need to go to a health club to run on treadmills that operate on electricity.
But she's right; we didn't have the green thing back then.
We drank from a fountain when we were thirsty instead of using a cup or a plastic bottle every time we had a drink of water. We refilled writing pens with ink instead of buying a new pen, and we replaced the razor blades in a razor instead of throwing away the whole razor just because the blade got dull.
But we didn't have the green thing back then.
Back then, people took the streetcar or a bus and kids rode their bikes to school or walked instead of turning their moms into a 24-hour taxi service. We had one electrical outlet in a room, not an entire bank of sockets to power a dozen appliances. And we didn't need a computerized gadget to receive a signal beamed from satellites 23,000 miles out in space in order to find the nearest burger joint.
But isn't it sad the current generation laments how wasteful we old folks were just because we didn't have the green thing back then?
Please forward this on to another selfish old person who needs a lesson in conservation from a smartass young person.

Building a team
I always said I am not a religious man. However where have I been for the last week and a half?
I must admit the time has flown and I can't believe I have not posted anything for so long but it is like I have done what Jesus did and went to the wilderness, went back to boot camp. I have been think alot I have over 200 people in my team right now but few are taking action.
What does that mean? People have joined my opportunity just to shut me up. People have joined but Looking for instructions what to do next?
Even though I make everything has simple has I can possibly make it to make it any easier I will be running all the business myself.
and I asked myself one question while I was away am I a Twat with a shotgun? Or am I a sniper with a laser target?
The twat with a shot gun is a number collector any one who shows the slightest bit of interest you pull out your laptop or I pad and sign them up on the spot. Those people 9 times out of 10 do nothing you may has well go and buy them a lottery ticket. and say if you win you give me 10% because that way you will probably make more money.
A Sniper However builds a team of assassins, trains them moulds them into your likeness and do exactly what your doing and they do exactly what your doing when they are building your team.
At this moment in time has I said I have over 200 people in my team 217 to be exact however only only 6 are doing anything 4 are earning me money at the moment 1 is just recruiting and 1 is what I call an assassin (both earning me money and recruiting).
So I challenge you if you have a team of people behind you how many are assassins how many are building your team and earning you money and how many are just sitting ducks in stagnant water.
and ask your self this what are you A twat with a shotgun or the laser target assisted sniper?

The power of 5
Think about your 5 closest friends for a moment the 5 people you spend the most time with.
Now where are you in that 5. Are you at the bottom I hope so cos if not your 5 is limiting you if you are in the middle 2 of your friends are helping you grow but 2 of your friends are pulling you down. and if you are the leader of your 5 change because 1 of 2 things will happen you will either help your friends grow which is not a bad thing but very exhausting. Or your 5 friends will drag you down.
You have to keep changing the people you are hanging with the most for your own personal growth remember you are the average of your 5 friends so if your friends are willing to Grow it is unlikely you will grow.
Don't be afraid to talk to new people I was petrified when I first got started in this profession because I was learning something new and didn't want to bother the people who was ahead of me cos I thought they was busy. they only help people who are in their network. will they give away trade secrets.
Believe me I still find people like that today. they put the you tube videos up that teach you things but not everything they keep the good bits till you sign up with them.
I don't blame them but do they look at the bigger picture? I am not saying I am always right but if I ask someone a question and they give me a half ass answer and say if you want my full attention sign up to this. i am not interested and I will not ask them anything again.
That is one of the reasons why I did not get on with Empower network and it turned me of them right away. in there training they do a role play where there is a guy who has not bought into the bigger package. and when they have trouble selling the bigger package they go to their up line and say what tips you got to sell this bigger package. and they say you have not got it why you asking me that down line explains and the cringe factor for me was when Dave Wood has the up line said I am going to put the phone down and don't call me again until you have bought the bigger package.
When I heard that I thought you pompous prick Your down line is asking you for help and you just blew him off. Then I thought not only is he a pompous prick he's a dumb ass because in Empower Network if you don't have the $500 package and one of your down line upgrades to the $500 package you don't get paid for that it jumps to your up line so not only did you treat your down line like shit when all he was doing was asking for help,You just lost $500 Dumb Ass.
Why did he do that because that is probably what his up line did to him and they lost $500 too. Maybe the down line didn't have the cash to dish out $500 on training on how to be a Dumb ass or maybe they are like me. if my up line treat me like that the button I would press after he hung up on me would not be upgrade it would be opt out.
What if you was earning money I hear you cry If I was earning money I would have already up graded. When I Launched my business with Fantaz and I got my 4 active members do you think I said that is all the training video said I had to get I done that let book a holiday. NO! I told more because it is human nature that the the more we get the more we want.
4 add 4 add 4 add 4 7 levels deep why not make it 5 10 15 100. Little steps lead to big goals I got my 4 active members then I wanted 10 then I wanted 20 today I just signed my 70th member My goal by the end of August is 100 that is 30 people in 9 days 3 people per day 4 at the weekend.
Just remember if you get Joe blogs in your down line and the first thing Joe blogs says to you is what do I do I am New to this. Don't Sigh and think here we go. Take him and show him step by step like your teaching your son Daughter niece nephew how to do something. congratulate him/her when when they get there first sign up. because the end of the day 1, That new person could be the person who is going to whip your ass at this no matter how good you are. 2, That persons growth is putting money in your pocket.

Bidify explains how they are different from Zeek Reward

The past few days have been very busy for the entire MLM industry. As many of you know, our specific niche was rocked last Friday when it became known that Zeek Rewards, our main competitor, was shut down as an illegal ponzi scheme. After reading a few reports, it appears that Paul Burks, Zeek’s founder, is not contesting any of the allegations in the SEC’s complaint. Assuming those allegations to be true, this is a tragic event for everyone involved with Zeek.
Unfortunately, since we’re also operating a network marketing company in the penny auction arena, our name has been drawn into the mud with Zeek. We understand that many of you have questions and concerns about our business model. We understand that many of you want to know specifically what factors distinguishes us from Zeek.
Well, for starters, we’re not lying to you about the numbers. We publish our earnings daily. Those earnings drive the daily profit rewards. Second, our bids are actually being used. With Zeek, it has been alleged that only 0.25% of the bids purchased were every used. It clearly shows that the bid purchases were merely token purchases designed to conceal a money transfer from late investors to early investors. On Bidsson, the bids are actually being used. We have built an amazing technology platform and when we release our mobile applications, it’s only going to get stronger.
But we understand that these differences alone are not enough. We understand that no matter how hard we try to force affiliates to move sample bids to customers, it’s going to be nearly impossible to prevent people from promoting the program as an investment. In reality, Bidify is NOT an investment. However, since there’s so much profit generated on the penny auction side of the business, and when people rack up a portion of those profits by providing sample bids for customers, it’ll always be viewed as a passive investment.
We realise that now, and we’re committed to putting an end to it. After having countless meetings between management and our legal counsel, we have developed a revised business plan to protect the longevity of the company while keeping it a very competitive and lucrative opportunity for the masses.
After serious discussions, we have decided to eliminate the leadership bonuses from Bidsson. We are eliminating the ability for people to purchase and give away sample bids. While it served a valid purpose in generating activity on the Bidsson platform, it creates the most exposure. And quite frankly, given the excellent condition of our technology and our recent success with Bidsson, there’s really no need to be giving away so many free bids to customers. We offer an excellent deal for customers, one that they’re willing to pay for.
We’re eliminating the daily leadership bonuses and turning off the re-purchase. We feel this was the cancer. This has led affiliates, both in Zeek and Bidify, to refer to their commissions as “compounding” when in fact it was a function of a simple commission based on customer activity. In order to cure the cancer and eliminate all confusion, it must be removed.
In order to make it more lucrative to buy and sell bids for everyone, we are putting together a new bonus plan based more on a traditional MLM, one that will not lead to improper positioning in the field.
With all existing affiliates with bonus points in their back office, we are creating a new pool where we will continue to share profits from Bidsson. These bonus points will trigger a piece of the profits from Bidssonindefinitely. The size of your profit sharing stake will not grow. It’s our way of honouring our commitments to you. We want to make sure that your experience is consistent with your expectations when you joined.
We will continue to build Bidsson to become the biggest penny auction platform in the world, and we will continue to reward affiliates for helping us promote it.

this is not Aladdin folks!!!!!!!
You know it amazes me how many times I speak to people and they cringe when they hear MLM Network Marketing making money on line.
And you ask why they cringe at that. and the first thing that comes out of there mouth is Scam. People think that we Network Marketing Professionals have been out with a metal detector found a rusty old oil lamp and are rubbing it hoping for a genie.
If we turned round to people and said oh we are opening up a specialist computer shop on the high street selling lead capture pages auto responders and contact management systems. or a toy shop that sells games that you buy from us and you take them to a car boot sale and sell them on. Anyone who knows me, knows that if someone said i can't do that or that won't work I would go ahead to try and prove that person wrong. Because sometimes people need a slap in the face before they believe.
My Stiforp business says you don't have to recruit anyone to earn just because the way the commission is laid out and you get spill over. So when I recruited my very first member who is right at the top of my business, any one else that joins he will earn commission off because We earn off each other. Replies to my "Welcome to the team" email with. how can I Earn money by doing nothing.
i sent a simple e mail back saying save your money opt out you are still in you 3 day cooling off period opt out get a refund this ain't for you.
Why because the reason why 99% of Network marketer fail is because they are looking for someone to earn them a living. People might think I am mad doing that. But has I explained to my first recruit I am said that to save you some cash. if you want to come into MLM There is one secret that is like an elephant in the room that you know you have to do but people don't talk about it when they see an opportunity.
Look around PTC sites and see how many ads say do you want to earn 5/6 figure salaries in 5 years time or for the next two years do you want to work harder than you have ever worked before for very little money but at the end of that two years you will have built a network that will be earning you thousands a month.
You won't see it why cos truth like that don't sell. so you see sign up today and when you wake up in the morning buy the house you been dreaming of or book the holiday longer than ever before oh and don't worry about that guy in your kitchen cooking, that's your butler and he is cooking your breakfast.
and the frightening part about this people are willing to believe that. And what happens when they wake up in the morning and they are still in there house the travel agents are closed for the day and your breakfast bowl needs washing up from the previous morning and your milk has turned sour. What is the first they they do. Sign back in to that opportunity and opt out, and for the rest of their life they cringe when they hear someone say "I am in network marketing".
The Secret to a successful MLM business is not leads it is not even the right opportunity it is four words.
WORK YOUR ASS OFF!!!!!!
Leads are like your stock the opportunity is like the building where you have a shop. Because MLM is a business folks not a genie in a lamp that is going to give you three wishes.

Show yourselves
I keep writing these blogs some are what is on my mind some blogs are something that I have seen and want to share. some blogs are just things that i get asked about and because so many people ask it is easier writing a blog and when someone asks the questions I give the blog link instead or answering the same question over and over again.
What I have noticed is that every time I post a blog I have readers however I don't know who I am connecting with.

I'm Sorry
I have been told lately that I plug my business too much.
I see it has this I have found something that has helped me, and just like if I go to a new place for a steak and I find it stunning I am going to tell my friends it is called word of mouth.
People have also criticised me for sharing Fantaz with charity workers. The reason I am doing this is because I have found a way that not only has given me a building income over the last 4 month that I have been with this company. But I have also found a way that in today's economy people don't have to go out to help raise money for there favoured charity or church and not get paid for it.
When in reality majority of the fund raising that is done only a percentage of the fund raising goes to the actual cause because while you running a marathon or climbing a mountain Someone who is sat at a desk asking people to go out and do the hard work to raise the money so he/she can get paid.
There is no excuse for no one to do anything for nothing no more!!!!!!!
I will tell everyone I meet what I am doing I will promote my business without apologies. But if you want to climb mountains to pay a guy to press print on a computer and package up some stickers and fund raising materials while you face low altitude or months of gruelling training for your marathon or work a job for national minimum wage spending more time hating your boss than playing in the park with your kids. That is the part I am sorry about that. but always have that thought in your mind that there is a better way .

Raise money for Charity using Fantaz

So you can use your personal account commissions to qualify both accounts for commission without it effecting the fund raising money.
Or if you want to donate the full amount to the charity you have just doubled your fund raising money without doubling your network.
or you can use your personal account has an income for yourself or income for funds to help you with your next charity event.
