Building a team

I always said I am not a religious man. However where have I been for the last week and a half?

I must admit the time has flown and I can't believe I have not posted anything for so long but it is like I have done what Jesus did and went to the wilderness, went back to boot camp. I have been think alot I have over 200 people in my team right now but few are taking action.

What does that mean? People have joined my opportunity just to shut me up. People have joined but Looking for instructions what to do next?

Even though I make everything has simple has I can possibly make it to make it any easier I will be running all the business myself.

and I asked myself one question while I was away am I a Twat with a shotgun? Or am I a sniper with a laser target?

The twat with a shot gun is a number collector any one who shows the slightest bit of interest you pull out your laptop or I pad and sign them up on the spot. Those people 9 times out of 10 do nothing you may has well go and buy them a lottery ticket. and say if you win you give me 10% because that way you will probably make more money.


A Sniper However builds a team of assassins, trains them moulds them into your likeness and do exactly what your doing and they do exactly what your doing when they are building your team.

At this moment in time has I said I have over 200 people in my team 217 to be exact however only  only 6 are doing anything 4 are earning me money at the moment 1 is just recruiting and 1 is what I call an assassin (both earning me money and recruiting).

So I challenge you if you have a team of people behind you how many are assassins how many are building your team and earning you money and how many are just sitting ducks in stagnant water.

and ask your self this what are you A twat with a shotgun or the laser target assisted sniper?
