Because if my team are doing it right I should now have 4 people helping fill those gaps myself Bob Mary & John because Bob Mary and John want to become Silver Directors Level 2 so they are helping their management level become Directors I am helping my Directors become Silver Directors and am wanting to become Gold Directors and When I become a Gold Director I am qualified to get a ISN Branded Mercedes Benz just another added bonus. with a $600 Monthly Car allowance or $400 cash.
Now I am liking my new Car so much (I can't even Drive by the way don't worry by this time I will find someone who can) Now I am loving my car so much I want my silver Directors to have one Why Because I love sharing and the next level is Platinum Director. How do I do That if all goes to plan very very quickly because now it is not just me Bob Mary John but us 4 and the 9 Directors wanting to become Silver Directors.
Now I want to be top dog I want to be Executive all I have to do is the same thing help my down line take that step up on the ladder.
I have the freedom and the ability to step back slightly if my team need me i will be here but by this time my Platinum Directors should be parking the mercs in the executive parking a long side me I will go and join my up line on a sandy beach with a cocktail or two awaiting the newly appointed exec's to join us.

What if it don't work like that what if I can't find BOB MARY & JOHN what if no one ever buys anything from your shop no one signs up to the business I am just a lonely sole walking under this storm cloud All on my own for the next 12 month, that any serious network Marketer gives their new business.
