MY HEAD IS BOGGLED

I noticed that i can fund my ego pay account with PAYZA so I got in touch with payza and asked them to reactivate my account. Which they did no problem they even verified my account and upgraded me to a business account.

But when I went to fund my Wallet it said unable to fund wallet in your country......

So I contacted support and asked if I can't fund my wallet how do I use this??????

I received this email.

During this time, Payza members in the UK will be unable to do the following with their Payza account:

-Add funds to their Payza e-wallet
-Receive funds or accept payments to their Payza e-wallet
-Request funds or send an Email Invoice
-Send funds, make payments or issue corporate disbursements
-Withdraw funds by bank transfer or bank wire

Please note that you will be able to withdraw your funds by check for free. For instructions on how to initiate a check withdrawal, please review the following FAQ article: https://helpdesk.payza.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/480/81/how-do-i-withdraw-by-check

I apologize for any inconvenience this issue may cause however please be rest assured that once the necessary changes have been made, we will be able to provide a better platform and wider range of services to our valued UK members.
