Are you a go getter or a come and get me

I just been speaking to My first ever team member in Stiforp today and asked him after he watched to days webinar. are you fired up do you want to tell the world about this great company with it great commission plan.

His answer threw me of a little he said NO!!

and that kind of confused me cos I have been with stiforp almost 2 months and I was fired up I was wanting to tell the world.

So I said explain what you mean and he said I want to know how I can make money from not referring people.

Now in my head I thought WTF why do you wanna do that? but  I said do you remember when I first sent you the email when you signed up has a pre enrollee what I said. about with this business not just Stiforp but any business on network marketing. you are not going to get over night success if your going to just sit back.

Because the difference is between me and you at this moment in time is I am out there I am advertising this business I am talking about this business and I am personally enrolling people into this business.

every person I enroll I get $25 I have receive my $4 bonus for the three people who signed up after me so if I signed up 2 people after I spent my initial $49.95 I got that money back if I signed up 3 members and listened to three webinars in my first two weeks  I would have got 200 leads from stiforp to totally explode my business. I didn't get that but I got the pre enrolles to cover that 5 fold.

If you just sit there and do nothing that $2000+ dollars per month your not going to get that right off the bat that figure might not come for 12 month and in my experience you will quit before you get to that point.

and even if you do stick it out to the point where your earning that a month your only earning 2.5% of what your matrix is earning you you don't climb that star level you don't get check match you limiting your self to $2870 per month where in this business I know people who are earning $100.000 per month.

If there is no cap on the potential of what you can earn in this business why are you putting a cap on it.

then I got to thinking how many people in our company in our industry are putting home made caps on their potential  when all you have to do is reach for the stars and put in a couple of hours per day to get the to that point where you start believing anything is possible.

So my Challenge to you today is check yourselves for home made caps just cos $2000 per month is where you feel comfortable earning and will cover the bills or give you smile money why you not looking to get freedom money life changing money.

People leave these business' all the time because 1 they don't become millionaires over night and 2 because they limit themselves with homemade caps.
